The Board of Trustees of Hikmah Educational Trust is responsible for the smooth governance of the Institution ‘The Shepherds’ International Academy’, (TSIA) Mangaluru. The Board is the employer of all the staff in the school, set the school’s strategic direction in consultation with the parents, staff and students, ensuring that the school provides a safe environment and quality education for all the students. Board oversees the management of personnel, curriculum, property, finance and administration.
